Founded in 1874, Loomis Chaffee is an independent, college-preparatory boarding and day school for grades 9-12 and post-graduates.
Loomis Chaffee girls' ice hockey has a long and proud tradition. In the years since the first girls began playing in New England prep schools, the league has grown tremendously, and Loomis now plays in one of the best high school girls' ice hockey leagues in America. The team is extremely competitive in New England Division I, regularly playing the most challenging schedule in the league and regularly finishing among the league leaders.
We are looking forward to competing with a team from the USA!
